At the gates of the Poitevin marsh and not far from the sea (25 min), 40 minutes from La Rochelle and Les Sables d'Olonne, located in the historic district of Luçon, many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Stay in peace, in a recently renovated, spacious and fully equipped 19th century house (200 m2). The accommodation has 2 living rooms, a kitchen, a veranda, 3 bedrooms, a library, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large garden, a garage. The space the house is on two floors, it has a garage. to enter the house through the garage, you will go through the veranda. ***on the ground floor, you have 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 second toilet. At the back, all along the house, a veranda with lounge and dining tables, overlooking an interior garden (fully walled), and a small pond with water lily and goldfish. ***Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 office/library, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Please note: No parties. Small family events possible upon prior request (max 10 people). Additional fees as applicable. Guest access guests will be able to access the entire house as well as the garage and garden. Other things to note The accommodation is available for up to 7 people. however, we have extra beds: - the small living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2). - a single bed (90/200), can be installed in one of the bedrooms. - in the large bedroom, a specially fitted bench serves as a bed for a child (70/90). these beds are extra (€20/person extra) and are to be expected before booking. - Parties and events are forbidden. A small family event (about 10 people) can be allowed upon request before booking. There will be an extra charge.
