On the ground floor: • 2 lounge areas • 1 eat-in kitchen • 1 bathroom with toilet • 1 separate toilet • Furnished veranda (living room + dining area) overlooking an enclosed interior garden, with a small pond (water lilies and goldfish) Upstairs: • 3 spacious bedrooms • 1 office / library • 1 bathroom • 1 separate toilet Important Things to note: • Parties not allowed • Small family events possible upon prior request (max. 10 people) • Additional fees may apply depending on demand Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the garage and the garden, to fully enjoy the property with complete independence. Other things to note * Occupancy capacity The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people (not including young children). * Additional sleeping arrangements Additional bedding may be provided to accommodate the configuration of your stay (sofa bed, single bed). They are only required if the standard capacity is exceeded and must be requested prior to booking, with a fee. * Children welcome A travel crib and a child's bed (sofa bed) can be provided free of charge on request. * Please note The house is a place of peace and conviviality: parties and evening gatherings are not allowed.
