Located in a quite and friendly neighborhood in Roy, our home is the perfect place to come in and relax. Just a couple of minutes away from stores like Target, Walmart, & local favorites "The Burger Bar" & "So Delicious Japanese Wasabi" restaurants. Our home is centrally located, just 3 minutes from the train station, bus stops & freeways. The space Once you arrive, you will enter your private basement space, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. You also will have a private living room space with a flat screen smart TV. You bedroom will feel warm & secluded, comfortable mattress, nightstands by each side with charging ports. A full walk-in closet & best of all, your private bathroom with jetted tubs. Your private bathroom space also includes a vanity space (Please be aware: max. height inside the shower space is of 5 feet 7 inches). Guest access You will have free parking on premises, right in front of our home. Make your way to the gate in the backyard & come on in through the self entrance backdoor, that will lead you straight to the basement. Other things to note Please be aware of the max. height inside the shower space, it’s of 5 feet 7 inches. Keep in mind that this is a basement space within my home.
