The cottage is accessible from an alley on a very quiet residential street and has been fully remodeled with a cozy but modern aesthetic. If you need a dedicated work area, we have a Work From Home Desk, an innovative, American made product that assembles like a kids puzzle if you need it. It sets up for standing, stool height or chair height, and can live wherever you'd like it. Guest access The whole cottage is yours. We are always available to answer questions about the theaters, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, hiking, skiing, rafting, biking, and so much more! Other things to note Courtside Cottage is a studio that sleeps four guests and includes a king size bed in the single bedroom with a comfortable sofa sleeper located in the living room area. The bathroom is quite large considering the size of the living space and accommodates two adults getting ready for the day easily. The private patio with outdoor dining table makes dining al fresco a delight. The cottage has recently undergone an extensive remodel and is beautifully outfitted with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant stay.
