Farmhouse in the middle of fields

Old renovated farm, you will find with us all the amenities you will need to spend a quiet vacation and as close to nature as possible. Hares, pheasants, deer, it is not uncommon to observe our animal neighbors early in the morning or at the end of the day from the terrace or the kitchen. Come and enjoy the sun of the South-West, take a dip in the pool to cool off, and end the day in style with a game of pétanque. The space Our house is an old Lauragaise farmhouse completely renovated and updated to modern tastes. Located in the middle of the fields, you won't be bothered by the neighborhood. The house consists of a large 70 m2 living room with open plan kitchen, central island and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms: - the master suite with a 160 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom - one bedroom with a 140 cm bed - a children's room with a 90 cm bunk bed - a 2nd children's room with a pull-out bed that turns into a 160 cm bed. A large bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the sleeping area. The outdoors are very pleasant with unobstructed views of the surrounding fields. Terrace, swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor lounge, deckchairs, swing, trampoline and petanque court allow children and adults to relax or have fun. We also have two cats, one a little fearful and the other very cuddly. Both are used to children. Other things to note We are in the countryside, which means that the shops are not nearby. You can find a grocery store, bakery and pizzeria a 7-minute drive away. The supermarket, pharmacy or gas station are a 20-minute drive to Villefranche-de-Lauragais or Baziège. The rental price does not include the cleaning of the house. This will be done by the tenants before departure.
