At the foot of Mont Brouilly, our house is an old 120 m² barn. It was fully restored in 2017 to become a bright and warm modern place with large spaces and exposed beams. Adjacent to our family home, it is located in a quiet hamlet, 5 minutes from the train station. The space The entrance is completely private and parking is available right on the side of the road. The house opens onto a large courtyard of 100 m2 and a large covered terrace of 30 m² in exotic wood, equipped with a large friendly table. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen open to the dining room, perfectly equipped for your stays, as well as a toilet and a dressing room to store your belongings. Upstairs, a large bright living room welcomes you with stunning views of Mont Brouilly. This warm space also has a library and a home theater with projector, perfect for evenings with family or friends. The house has three bedrooms: A first bedroom, adjoining the living room, has its own shower and sink. The other two bedrooms, accessible by a corridor, share a bathroom and an independent toilet. A dressing room is also available to store your belongings. The entire floor is covered with solid oak flooring, while the ground floor is dressed with elegant tiling.
