However, we will ensure it will be the same type of apartment. Our customer service will sent you Check-in instruction details at 12PM on the day of check in. If you like to use our parking lot, kindly contact us to request for the car park. Some house rules to take note :- 1) No party is allowed. 2) No smoking/vaping in the unit. We reserved the rights to charged rm1,000/- if you smoke in the unit. 3) No pets allowed 4) We charge RM50/- per night for each extra guest 5) Kindly tidy up the kitchen and dirty dishes 6) Quiet hour is from 10pm to 7am 7) Late check out (after 11:00 AM) will be charged RM50 per hour 8) Lost of Access Card will be charged at RM300 9) We have daily cleaning services where it is available at an additional charge of RM100 per service. Kindly contact us to pre request for this service. 10) If there is unremovable stain/or damage to bed linen caused by guest, a charge of RM100/- per piece is applicable 11) If there is unremovable stain ( eg hair dye ) /or damage to basin/tiles or wood flooring, charges will be on quote basis by professional contractors. 12) Should you have any special request eg bed setting etc, kindly chat with us.
