The house is a truly split level house with lower level housing the original home's footprint - a bedroom, den, bathroom, and family room. The upper level features a kitchen dining table, fireplace, master bedroom, and living room that opens to a large walkout deck with amazing lakefront views. We have preserved some of the original vintage elements to include the shag carpet, rustic wood stove (decoration only), fireplace and it's unique spiral staircase that connects the lower and upper level. The house has also been upgraded with new furniture to give you a comfortable stay while keeping the old school vibe intact. In our opinion it is the best golf course in the area. The green complexes are superb and the layout has magnificent views. You'll only be 100 yards from the 12th green! What to Bring: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.), bath toiletries, hair dryers, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, specialty kitchen items (crock pot, roasting pans, etc.), and towels for lake, pool, or hot tub use. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with several exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
