The House will be available for weekly rental from July to the end of August, the rest of the year 1 night is possible. for dogs, check with the owner for the conditions The space On the ground floor: - New fully equipped kitchen open to living room with dining table for 8 people Coffee maker and SENSEO coffee machine available. - the living room with corner sofa, individual armchairs, SMART TV - Toilet - Bathroom with 1 sink, bathtub and storage shelves. - Bedroom with 140*200 double bed and a dressing room. Floor: - Relaxation area: remote working, games, reading with sofa, coffee table and shelf. - Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, 1 toilet. - Bedroom with 2 single beds 70*190 convertible on request into a double bed - Bedroom with single bed 80*200 - Bedroom with king-size bed 180 x 200, baby corner with changing table, umbrella bed and extra mattress for baby comfort, sheet included for baby bed; - All bedding is new, sheets are not provided, to have them 30 euros for the 4 bedrooms for 1 night. 50 euro package set of sheets from 2 nights - Possibility to rent a set of towels for 3 euros/pers/stay. PS: For a later checkout, conditions to be agreed with the owner. For the small balls of hair present, they are not allowed to go on the sofa as well as upstairs and please vacuum their hair before your departure Guest access Guests have access to the entire outdoors; for children, under the responsibility of the parents. House on basement, this one accessible only to owners, by private access, different from guest access, owners do not live there but 25 min away, can come occasionally.
