The space The place is spread in 20,000 sq ft area having 7 ensuite bedrooms with a hall, a private swimming pool of 50*25 ft , open space to play around . -Just 7 km from drive from Mandwa jetty. -3 km from kihim Beach. -5 km from Awas Beach. -2 km from the nearby market of Zirad village THE DINING AREA : - Situated at Ground floor. - 30 seater Dinning table . BEDROOMS : - 4 Bedrooms situated at Ground floor & 3 Bedrooms at first floor with attached Bathrooms. - It is equipped with Air- conditioned , King sized double bed, wardrobe & TV. - Bathroom is equipped with hot water Geyser and basic Toiletries. AMENITIES : - Generator Back up . - High speed Wi-Fi. - Toiletries (Shower Gel/Shampoo/Dental kit/Soap). - Bath Towels & Pool Towels for each guest. - Cook and caretaker availability at the premise . However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 12:00 pm while we are getting your villa ready. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, you have to call whenever needed. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
