Take advantage of the waterfront position from the downstairs entertaining area, featuring a BBQ, an 8-seater dining setting and a hammock for those slower afternoons. Out here you’ll also find an enclosed backyard and the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat - just bring along your mooring ropes to secure the boat. However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit, which is only a short cruise up the waterway to the homes jetty.
