There is a BBQ grill located on the patio. The house is located on Foster Rd in Stake Bay. This property has been inspected and meets the Cayman Islands standards of cleaning . The living room and master bedroom have large windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean with the rolling waves. This house has a propane/gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave and a reverse osmosis (RO) system. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster and some additional small appliances. The panty is stocked with essential items such as spices, coffee, coffee filters, tea bags and ice tea mix, and miscellaneous items. There is a separate laundry room located in the back of the house. Entire house (except the locked owners closets), front porch, patio and BBQ grill. I can be reached by phone or email. The house is located on a quiet dead-end street. There is currently only one neighbor. There are usually parrots in the trees munching on the grapes. The house is located by the hospital and close to the museum. There is also a grocery store close by. There is ample parking on the property next to the house. An early check-in or late check-out must be approved prior to arrival. The stores are closed on Sunday. If you plan to arrive on Saturday after 8 or on Sunday, I can arrange to have some essential food items there at the house. Just send me a list of items you would like. Initial supplies of toilet paper and paper towels are furnished. Guest must supply after what is provided is used.
