The 1950s vintage-style kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for comfortable cooking. Just like Granny's house, we have NO dishwasher. The air conditioning cooler is an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) common in desert homes. We also provide fans for each room. The office is a flexible space—use it as a bonus room, guest area, or a quiet study spot. Each room exudes unique, simple, and clean design. The bathroom features modern amenities while preserving its mid-century charm. Note that there is only one bathroom in the house, so ensure it suits your guest count. FAQs ** As with many urban cities, Albuquerque is experiencing an increase in the un-homed population and on occasion you may see them when drive away from the neighborhood toward Central Ave.. The property is in a well established neighborhood with a wide range families who have lived in the area for years, medical staff, and many happy dog walkers who enjoy walking. There is a church close by, as well as a private and public school. Just down the way, South, towards Gibson Blvd you will find, the VA hospital, Starbucks, many restaurants including Chick- fill- a, Buffalo Wild Wings and Apple Bees. We recommend heading that direction for connivence to the freeway access and I 25. ** Please note that third party bookings are prohibited by Air Bnb.
