Just a short drive, bus or train journey to Windermere and the Lake. The space Lying at the entrance to the peaceful Kentmere valley Staveley is within the Lake District National Park near Windermere. Staveley is a “mecca” for mountain bikers and cyclists due to Kentmere and Garburn Pass being on its doorstep, and there is a good sized cycle superstore in the village. Also within the thriving village you will find the Eagle and Child pub, Haweshead brewery and bar, Wilf’s cafe, a fish and chip shop, an artisan bakery, small Spar supermarket, butchers, chemists and a children’s play area and a train station – ideal if you want to head to Windermere or Kendal.
