Our house is a four bedroom two bathroom property. My Husband and I live in the Master and we have a full time young professional roommate as well. The room for rent is a fully furnished room with a queen bed set and dresser and closet. There is access to a washer and dryer as well. The space 2nd master bedroom is next to the kitchen and bathroom. Guest access Washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, & bathroom Other things to note Please eat all meals in the kitchen and not in the bedrooms or living room
