Offering a stylish, newly remodeled PoolHouse on the beautiful Sabinal River. It is close to the Frio River, Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park, breweries and vineyards. Surrounded by the famous Twisted Sisters. Watch deer roam the property, enjoy swimming in the river (direct access) or the property pool. Note: the pool is shared with another cabin and my family home. The space Our PoolHouse is loaded with fun Rock-n-Roll design, comfortable furnishings, live edge slab countertops, custom tile work and tons of character. It is directly by the pool (sorry no small children allowed) and has an entry on the back deck. A perfect place to drink your morning coffee and watch the deer. The Poolhouse is attached to the common area/pool. At times it can be quiet, but other times full of people from our other guests in our Bunkhouse or my family and friends. Guest access The pool and the river are accessible from the property. The cabin is located directly in the pool yard and other guests might access the patio to get to the pool. Other things to note Please check with us about the flow of the Sabinal river & Frio river if that is your main reason for coming. We have large dogs. They are friendly, but will alert us when strangers enter the property. We will put them in the house if we are here, but we cannot be here all of the time. They are our beloved pets and are here for our protection and yours. There are no dogs allowed in our cabins.
