The bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stylish tile walk-in shower. Step outside and meet our friendly farm animals—especially the playful goats—for a true taste of country living. Enjoy our private in-ground swimming pool, open April through October. The pool is covered and can be heated upon request during cooler months for an additional fee, maintaining a comfortable temperature of around 83°F. The pool is shared and available to both cottage and apartment guests. Note: The pool capacity may reach 8 guests if both rentals use it simultaneously. We love dogs! Up to two well-behaved, house-trained, medium-sized dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left unattended indoors and kept on a leash outside, as the yard is not fenced. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. For safety and cleanliness, pets are not permitted in the pool area. Guest access The apartment is a private retreat located above a detached garage—giving you the entire space all to yourself for a peaceful, uninterrupted stay. Other things to note The apartment is located just behind the main house, which is also a rental. We’d appreciate it if you could drive slowly and be considerate of neighbors—thanks!
