The space One and a half storey house built at the turn of the 20th century, the home was renovated to provide you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The upper loft/storey provides two sleeping areas with a double bed on one side and single and double beds on the other side. A daybed, downstairs, provides extra sleeping space. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen. Books, boardgames and children's toys provide additional entertainment. A bit of its history.. This house was bought from my aunt Evelyn after her first husband, Mathurin Patrice, died. It was built by François (Frank) Patrice and halted by Odilon in Germain Savoie in 1960. Even further afield was my grandmother's home, Mrs. Calixte Arseneau née Elisabeth Goulet, the daughter of Jean and Venerable Landry.
