Family friendly coastal escape

Our home is in a great location, between Long Jetty, Shelly Beach and Toowoon Bay. We enjoy swimming and exploring the rockpools with our young kids at Toowoon Bay, walking our dog along North Shelly dog beach, and sampling the great coffee at Long Jetty. At the house we kick back and relax enjoying BBQs and watching the cricket on our private, north facing, covered deck. There is lots of space for families with level access, lock up garage, large living area and sunny, fully fenced garden. The space Our home is an open plan coastal escape with a sun-drenched north facing outdoor deck including dining space, TV and BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms including 2 with Queen sized beds (one with an ensuite), and a third room with 2 King Single sized beds. A second bathroom is located just off the main living and dining areas. A highchair is provided for your convenience, located in the garage. Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Other things to note Wifi access is available throughout the house. Smart TV is located in the living room, which you can use to login to streaming services (guests to use their own login). Please note free to air is not available on this TV, however it is available on the TV in the main bedroom and the large TV on the deck. Toiletries are provided for guests to use throughout their stay, and tea and coffee provisions as well as basic cooking needs (olive oil, salt & pepper, etc.) Please clean the BBQ after use, to avoid an additional $50 BBQ cleaning fee. Our holiday home and is on sandy soil so lawn maintenance is challenging at times. We have automated sprinkler systems on the lawns and may request access periodically for our gardener.
