Cozy, comfortable and warm independent suite

Consisting of a double bedroom, large living area and private bathroom, the guest suite is ideal for a short and comfortable stay in the area. With a balcony and independent entrance from the outside, it is located in a quiet area on the edge of the village overlooking the countryside but in a central and accessible position with respect to the points of interest of the valley. Perfect in all seasons for a few days of relaxation or for those who are simply passing through. There is no kitchen. The space The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a two-story building on the edge of the building in the hamlet of Villes Dessous (800 meters above sea level) in the municipality of Introd at the foot of the valleys of Gran Paradiso and includes a double bedroom, private bathroom and living area (NO KITCHEN). It is accessible on foot from the small street that crosses the village to the north while to the south is the garden and the countryside. From the accommodation you can access the country roads and take beautiful walks in the middle of the fields, orchards and animals. There is a safe public parking lot about 80 meters away. The accommodation was renovated internally in the spring of 2023. The rustic/modern style furniture was handcrafted mainly in larch wood. The bedroom with a double bed is equipped with shelves and hangers for storing clothes. The small bathroom consists of a niche shower (2 seats, shampoo and shower in shared format provided) stone sink with attached mirror (hair dryer and liquid soap provided) and toilet with toilet shower. The living area consists of a 4-seater sofa bed, a coffee table, a 50-inch TV connected to the internet and a table with chairs. Glasses, cutlery, cups, water kettle, instant coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. Balcony equipped with chairs and a coffee table. Unfortunately, due to previous unpleasant experiences and non-compliance with the rules, pets are no longer accepted except in rare cases under certain conditions. You can write to me privately and I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Thank you. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the 30 sqm accommodation and balcony. Public parking 80 meters away. The area is quiet and safe. Other things to note To facilitate your arrival, I usually come to receive guests directly at the public parking lot or on the street. You are therefore kindly requested to communicate the approximate time of your arrival so that I can free myself from any commitments, accompany you to the apartment, complete the formalities and give you the keys. If you have preferences for check-in or check-out times other than those indicated, please let me know as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate you, technical times permitting (cleaning, maintenance, other guests).
