Chalet in a residential area, 800 meters from the village. It has a barbecue, fireplace, garden, bicycles, and a swimming pool that can be used all year round. Refurbished in 2023, decorated in a Nordic style, with wooden ceilings and beams, and parquet flooring. Very good location, located between 3 Natural Parks, it is 40 minutes from Barcelona, 15 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from motorcycle circuits. There is train station nearby. The area has horse riding, paddle tennis, forests and running and cycling trails. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, (two doubles and two singles), two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a large and fully equipped kitchen and overlooking the pool, private garden, pool, fireplace and barbecue, and can accommodate 6 people. In the living room, decorated in the Nordic style, you will find a sofa and a leather pouf, a designer table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy your favorite movies on the 55-inch TV, the crackling of the travertine-lined fireplace, or magnificent games of Parcheesi, Trivial, or cards, with the various games we have available to our customers. The suite room with its sloping ceiling and wooden beams is especially comfortable, due to its design, and the comfort of its 160x200 bed. The double room can be used with its two single beds, or join them to get a good double bed. The two single rooms have the same style that makes them extremely pleasant. In summer, the pool becomes the center of activity, while the barbecue has particular prominence all year round. You can also relax in the shade in the two spaces we have allocated to leisure in the garden, and enjoy rides on the bicycles we have available for our customers. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all rooms in the house, as they are not shared with anyone else. Other things to note There are no security cameras inside the house. The cameras are installed outside and only focus on the garden areas and the access doors to the property. Cameras are only active when the house is not booked by any guest The entire security system is disconnected upon guest check-in, and guests are shown that it has been disconnected.
