Little Stables

Little Stables is a unique, luxurious stable conversion, in the heart of the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Nestled in nature, Little Stables is the perfect countryside retreat, yet close to great road links to both London and the South coast. We have ample parking, electric car charger, hot tub, push bikes, electric bicycles and a selection of garden games, which are available to our guests on request - please advise us at time of booking. The space Little Stables has one king-sized bed on the ground floor and two single beds, accessible by ladder up to the mezzanine floor. Please be aware head room is limited for the two singles and they are not suitable for young children or adults with mobility difficulties. It has a fully functioning kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob. It is fully insulated, with a log burner and underfloor heating throughout. Guest access Guests can use the outside dining and lounging furniture around the pool, and free to explore the gardens. Other things to note Whilst the king-sized bed is on the ground floor, the additional twin beds are only accessible via a ladder and therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or very young children. We do have a large fish pond and swimming pool, and therefore adults must closely supervise children, and be mindful of their footing at all times. Little Stables is within hearing distance of the M25 and road noise can be heard from the garden and sometimes from within Little Gables (depending on wind direction). Road surfacing, aimed to reduce noise is scheduled for late 2023.
