Harmony Hills 3 bedroom farm house

This 1970s brick farmhouse on 60 acres of pasture, forest, and stream offers a cozy “grandma’s house” vibe. Enjoy 3 beds, plus pullout sofa, 2 baths, and a basement with washer/dryer. Brick walls keep it quiet despite nearby highway noise. Outside, a roofed deck with grill and a campfire ring with firewood await, lit by string lights for cozy nights. Just 20 min from IU, it’s a serene escape for families or nature lovers. The space If you are feeling adventurous, you are welcome to hike in the woods, or walk back to the sheep pasture. Beware that other guests may be using the campsite at Oak Ridge and respect their space. You might get to share parts of the lawn with our mowing crew... our flock of sheep do a great job grazing grass and brush in the savanna between backyard and forest. You are welcome to quietly watch the sheep and lambs, but do not frighten them. And do NOT touch their fence, it is electrified and will give a painful but harmless shock. Guest access You are welcome to explore the forest area down towards the highway, and even hike down to the creek if you like. The gardens and yard across from the drive, (north), are not part of our property, please refrain from visiting beyond the private property sign. Beware that in Southern Indiana you will find ticks and there may be snakes. Other things to note Firewood is provided for the backyard fire ring. The grill is a charcoal and gas griddle combo. Gas is provided. Bring your own charcoal.
