Beautiful gated condo in a lush jungle community Aldea Zama conveniently located between the town and TULUM's world renowned beaches. Easy bike ride or inexpensive taxi ride will get you to both in minutes. This 2nd floor apartment has an elevator and looks over the gorgeous island-style pool with lush vegetation all around. You won't find a cleaner, quieter, better located condo in TULUM. Work and leisure? We have a great Wi-Fi connection :) The space This condo has a master bedroom with comfy king sized bed and it's own private full bath. Sliding doors open up to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own full bath as well. The main living area has a large couch great for sleeping. An extra blow up mattress is also available. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, coffe maker, microwave and refrigerator. You also have your own washer and dryer right in the apartment. Three separate air conditioning units are in both bedrooms and the living room, but please turn them off when not there as electricity in Mexico can be quite expensive. There is also a terrace where you can relax and have your coffee or a cold drink and read a book or just relax and look out at the pool and listen to the birds singing in the trees. Condo PARAMAR has one of the few elevators in Tulum and 24 hour concierge available to help you with any questions you may have, including ordering the taxi. Chedraui, the biggest super market in town is only 1.5 miles away. You can stock up on everything from food and fruit and snacks to drinks and suntan lotion! Lots of taxis outside the store can take you home. Other things to note No smoking in the unit and absolutely NO parties allowed !
