It’s perfect for a get-together of families and friends! We host groups of up to 16 people. The community HOA requires all tenants to register with the office. You will need to fill in a registration form and pay a $75 registration fee separately for the entire group and stay. Community pool access isn’t guaranteed. Please park closer to the edge to ensure space for later coming cars. Please do NOT park/drive on grass. No street or overflow parking is available. The water heater/boiler is 50 Gal. Please space your showers accordingly, especially if you plan to use the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom since the tub can hold 55 gal of water. Daily wristbands are required to use the community amenities, including the outdoor pool, lake beach, kids playground and basketball court. Children under 12 years are free with paying adults. Water activities are at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Not all amenities are always available. Amenities schedule and availability are subject to change by the community HOA without notice. By booking the property, it is understood that you accept the uncertainties out of the host’s control. Furniture and decorations may differ from the pictures shown. We constantly keep everything maintained and up to date. Individual items may be different, but we always try to keep the same style and feel of the house. If you forget anything behind, we can ship them to you for $30 plus shipping costs. Any items left behind will be kept for a week, after which they will be discarded.
