This homestay is located one street from Annecy Old Town and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Easy access to everything: supermarket, gas station and bakeries on the corner. Train station 10 min walk. Free street parking Linens and towels included. Bedroom with quality sofa bed (daily use, slatted bed base) On the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. Guest access You have free access to the bathroom and your bedroom. You can access the kitchen for breakfast (coffee or tea offered), use the microwave, toaster, but you can't cook. Other things to note Visits and parties are not allowed. No smoking inside, please. Please respect the place and the surrounding area. Shoes must be removed at the entrance.
