Unique 1 bedroom rental is backing the green belt on Campbell Creek, a beautiful view with the best trails in Anchorage. The rental unit is located in the lower unit of a fourplex. The rental comes with fishing poles for the creek in the back yard and a fire pit with patio chairs to enjoy the Alaskan outdoors. Located next to popular Anchorage shopping and restaurants. Easy access to airport. We are life long Alaskans who love to help with your travel plans and questions about Alaska! The space Amazing location, with a great view of the creek. Fantastic access to outdoor recreation in the heart of Anchorage. Bike trails that go further into the wilderness or all the way downtown. Two bikes are located on site for your use as well as two fishing poles for creek in back yard. Guest access This is a private unit, located in a fourplex. There are rentals upstairs, and next door to the unit. The backyard is a shared space, and a great place to meet other travelers. Other things to note This building is a fourplex, meaning there are neighbors upstairs, and next door. You can hear footsteps, and the occasional voice. That being said our quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM each day, we ask that all of the guests adhere to these rules so that everyone can rest through the evening. Most of our guests are not home during the day, if you have any concerns please let us know so we can answer your questions. The consumable items included with your stay are complimentary, if you have a longer stay and they they run out it is up to you to purchase more for your own needs.
