Bright and open 3 bedroom above the garage apartment nestled on an active equine property.Enjoy your cup of coffee over looking the horses and mountain views. Our property is one of the oldest farmhouses in Rutland dating back to early 1800's. The space The apartment is above the garage therefore the doors will be opening and closing during the day. Please drive slow in our driveway as we have children and golden retrievers that like to roam around the property. Guest access There is plenty of space to cross country ski around our property or a nice field across the road. There are also wonderful trails just up the road for snowshoeing, hiking, horse sleigh rides and cross country skiing. Within walking distance to a large and popular corn maze/petting farm (open only during the fall season). Killington has a growing love of mountain biking/hiking/ and the alpine fun park. In addition we are also close to some beautiful lakes and quaint reservoirs if you should like to paddleboard or kayak! Other things to note This is a full time horse training facility the barn area is off limits for the safety of both of our equine and human friends, however if I am available I would be happy to give you a short tour. We would also be happy to assist with any babysitting needs for an additional cost.
