Guest access Beach access: Direct access to the beach is just steps from the building entrance — simply walk out and you're there. Other things to note Apartment is on the 8th floor. - Check in starts at 3PM / Check out 11Am - There is a safe area (Miklat) 20 meters from the building. - Important: Israeli citizens are subject to an 18% VAT. (ישנו תשלום מע"מ לישראלים) Tourists needs to present tourist visa (type B2/B3/B4/DIP) to avoid paying VAT (Tourist visas are given at the airport). - Street parking is available in the surrounding area, and several paid parking lots can be found within short walking distance of the property.
