HOTSPOTS see below: The space HOTSPOTS in the immediate vicinity: - Just a minute away you will find the U-Bahn [subway], which takes you to the city center in just 12-13 minutes. - Right in front of the door is a huge shopping center (Donauzentrum) with a variety of shops: Starbucks, pizzeria, sushi, H&M, mango, Zara etc. and the Donauplex: cinema & billiard room. - Right next to the accommodation is the huge ice rink: the Stefflarena! - VIC/UNO City is just 3 subway stops away, 10 minutes by subway. Additional info about the apartment: In the living area, the couch can be converted into an extra bed with mattress if needed. The well-equipped kitchen (separate garbage with bags, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, sugar, coffee, oil and balsamic vinegar) invites you to cook and enjoy, while the balcony also offers a great view. In the storage room you will find: a vacuum cleaner, enough space for your suitcases, and detergent sheets for the washing machine (2 pieces for each booking). For your children, we are happy to provide a high chair, a car seat and a baby crib/travel cot, so that even the little guests feel completely comfortable. For your convenience, we offer Wi-Fi, a UHD smart TV and a charging station for cell phone/laptop/Applewatch. Guest access Here is an overview of the different areas you can access during your stay: 1. Gym: A well-equipped gym is available for all sports enthusiasts. 2. Pool: There you can refresh yourself, swim and enjoy the breathtaking views. The pool is open from May to September. 3. The private sauna (2-4 people): is available all year round. We are happy to book you an hour or more for an extra charge. Please let us know at the time of booking. 4. Parking: Please do not park at the Bassena Hotel, as this is punishable, but behind the building there is a paid garage for our building at €30/day and €3/h. There is also a cheaper alternative at Schrödingerplatz, where the day ticket costs only €6 ;-) On the street, there is a short-term parking zone throughout Vienna (Mon-Fri from 9 am - 10 pm for €2.50/h max. 2 hours in a parking space). 5. Laundry room: Located on the 1st floor, where there are 4 Miele washing machines and 4 dryers. This is paid independently with the ATM card €1/wash cycle. Please only notify us of the use so that we can book the respective washing machine for you. 6. Bicycle parking: If you arrive by bicycle, we offer you a secure parking option so that you can park your bicycle comfortably and securely. 7. Storage room for strollers: For families with small children there is a storage room for strollers. This way, you can safely store your stroller and have it ready at any time. 8. Youth room: Our young guests will certainly feel comfortable in the youth room. There you will find a diverse selection of books, table soccer, children's toys and board games. There is also a sandbox so that the little ones can play carefree.
