Only 350 meters from the lake in a straight line "on the map" and a few minutes by car to blue-flagged bathing areas such as the Ermita Virgen de la Nueva. Enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, fishing, swimming, windsurfing and wakeboarding at the Motorboat Club on the shores of the lake. Or just relax in the rustic “wild” garden with a removable pool (check availability before booking). The villa has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Other things to note We appreciate you respecting these house rules and taking into account the information provided: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All guests must follow the house rules. - It is essential that you consult us before booking. You must inform us of how many guests, pets, visitors will be coming and describe the use that will be made of the property. 1.- Responsibility, respect and coexistence with others and the environment. Confetti, or materials that soil or may damage any part of the property (and the plot) are not allowed. 2.- The house and plot must be delivered in the same state of .* Furniture, dishes, etc. Indoor furniture must remain indoors. If you are unable to comply with the rules, you must notify us in advance or as soon as possible. If the rules of order and cleanliness are not properly complied with, we may charge you between €65 and €150 extra, approximately, for these items, at the end of the stay. Ask us any questions. 3.- Any damage or breakage of anything must be reported as soon as possible, in order to be corrected, we also ask you to communicate any eventuality that could be important to correct and/ or take into consideration. 4.- You must notify us if you bring pets, as they are not allowed in this house. If you bring pets, you must clean up what they generate. Beds, sofa beds and their linens are not for pets, so we recommend bringing your own pet supplies. 5.- Smokers must do so outside the house, and cigarette butts must be put out in ashtrays, or containers with water, taking care that they do not fall to the ground. The area, in summer, is at high risk of fire. 6.- When leaving, the appliances, lights, heating, and faucets must be turned off. The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied. Close windows, doors and street gate. Throw all garbage in the containers. Let us know about the check-out and any type of incident. Keys should not be left inside the house or placed on the door. * The listing photos may have some variation. As for the green vegetation, for example, that appears in the photos, in summer, there is dryness in the area. * In the summer season, the pool must be maintained, when necessary, so that it is in the best possible condition if you are going to use it. * The garden is wild, and what grows is natural. There is great biodiversity, with hundreds of species per square meter. We try to respect this natural place as much as possible and ask you to take care of it. Important: * Gas consumption for heating and water is charged separately, according to consumption during the stay, if they are long. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask us anything, for your convenience, especially in what may affect your stay, we will gladly assist you.
