Fort Collins Getaway- Lower Level Walkout Retreat

Our cozy 1500 sq.ft walk-in lower level is located in south Fort Collins. Our spot is an hour from Estes Park ; 7 miles from Old Town Fort Collins; 5 miles from Loveland. Kitchenette is equipped with coffee maker, full sized refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher, small cooking appliances. It does NOT include a stove top or oven. Located in quiet neighborhood close to bike trail system. Walk in is through outside stairs next to garage. Off street parking limited to one driveway stall. The space We are retired and live upstairs while maintaining relatively quiet household. High speed WiFi supports Zoom Meetings and remote work from home. Password is provided upon arrival. Access is provided through a password activated lock. Guest access Guests have access to patio, patio furniture and gas grill.
