Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish industrial design villa. The villa has 4 beds (2 Queen and 2 Double). It can accommodate 5 pac but handle 8 pax sharing. It has 2 bathroom, kitchen, mini library and dipping pool. It has access to the common areas like the fire pit, basketball court and outdoor table at the center of the garden. You have your own assigned parking slots number 5, 6 & 7 The space The Villa C has the biggest space among the 3 villas. it has bigger pool and open dinning area. The villa has 1 bedroom suite (Queen bed) with own Toilet and Bath. 2nd level has 3 beds (1 Queen and 2 Double). It has partition to provide some privacy. It has mini library at the mezzanine and fully functional kitchen. Other things to note 🏡 Honey Garden Villa Tagaytay — House Rules Welcome to Honey Garden Villa (HGV)! We’re happy to host you in our peaceful garden retreat. To keep the villa safe, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules below. 🌿 ⸻ 🌸 General Rules 1. Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards Check-out: 12:00 NN Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and fees. 2. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 3. No loud parties or karaoke that may disturb other guests or neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. 4. No smoking inside the villa or rooms. A designated outdoor smoking area is provided. 5. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and with additional pet fee. Kindly ensure they’re supervised and cleaned up after. ⸻ 🍳 Kitchen & Dining 1. You are free to use the outdoor kitchen — please wash and return all used utensils, cookware, and dishes. 2. Do not leave food uncovered to avoid attracting insects. ⸻ 💦 Facilities & Amenities 1. Use the pool responsibly. No running, diving, or rough play. 2. Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use to help conserve energy. 3. Do not move indoor furniture outside the villa. ⸻ 🔥 Safety & Security 1. Please lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. 2. Do not leave children unattended, especially near the pool or kitchen area. 3. Strictly no fireworks, bonfires, or open flames inside the property - we have a designated bonfire area that you may use. 4.
