Kitchen includes all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and coffee maker. Basic linens and towels are provided. One car garage access and there is plenty of parking for a boat in the driveway and outdoor outlets available for charging boat batteries. The house has no stairs to accommodate accessibility issues. You can sit on the patio while grilling and relax in peace and quiet. A couple minutes from three boat ramps, local restaurants/lounges, and convenience stores. Pierre, SD is located 16 minutes away which offers golfing, dining, hiking/biking trails, movie theater, shopping and groceries. Minimum 2-night stay.
