The space The gated Calafia community is a family friendly development with 2 pools, 5+ jacuzzis, 2+ saunas, a gym, and semi-private coved beach access. There is a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room and large panel Sony Smart TVs in all bedrooms. Whole home water treatment system with filtered water and ice to fridge. Booking for up to 6 occupants (including children and infants) is allowed, however please note that exceeding the agreed upon number of occupants approved on the guest's original booking request will result in a fee of $100 per person per day ($300 per person per day if exceeding the 6 person occupancy maximum) and removal from the development. Day visitors are not allowed, nor is switching of guests indicated on original booking request or after check-in. This is monitored very closely by security. Guest access High speed wireless internet. Washer and dryer inside condominium for approved use during extended stays of one week or longer. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and a dishwasher. Other things to note Minimum Age Limit For Renters: We do not rent to groups where the primary guest or the majority of renters are under 25 years old. The Calafia development is a quiet, family-friendly community. It is NOT a spring break party-type atmosphere. Washer and Dryer: Available for stays of 7 nights or longer. There are multiple charcoal grills available throughout the common areas on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bring your charcoal briquets and enjoy grilling your favorites while watching the waves roll in. Please clean grills after use. Smoking: Smoking or vaping are not allowed in the unit or on the balconies. Drugs: No drug use is allowed in the condominium or anywhere inside the development.
