Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. You live with two cats and seven chickens that will be taken care of by you as a guest. Pets and eggs included! The large plot provides the opportunity for both play and relaxation. Take a walk in the woods or take the car to the coast or town. In the evening, you can enjoy a hot bath in the hot tub or light a fire in the stove in the living room. Play games or read a good book by the fire. Then fall asleep to the soothing sounds of nature. The space Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and one of them has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is also a walk-through room to the room with single beds. On the lower floor, you will enter a spacious hall with stairs up to the upper floor. As you continue into the house, you have a living room with TV, fireplace and sofa on the left. From there, you continue into the fully-equipped kitchen with a beautiful kitchen island in the middle. In the kitchen there is an exit to the garden and terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. From the kitchen, you continue into the dining room. There is a large table with 6-8 seats. Here you will also find the entrance to the bathroom. From the dining room, you'll come back to the hall. The floor plan allows you to have light coming in from several directions in all the rooms and creates a sense of space even though the house is not so big. Guest access You have access to the entire residential house but none of the outbuildings. There is room for 3 cars in the driveway in front of the house. Please note that it is not allowed to use the hot tub during the summer due to lack of water. Other things to note The house was originally built as an exception to a larger farm. It's incredibly charming and homey but it may be good to know that it's pretty low in the ceiling by today's standards. Upstairs, two of the rooms have slanted ceilings. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented at a cost of SEK 100/person. You as a tenant are responsible for washing dishes, throwing away the garbage and taking all your belongings with you, of course.
