L4 Pure. Double en-suite

This home has a modern, comfortable style. This double room has everything you need in its compact design. We recently completely refurbished the entire house - from the ground up, to create 6 new beautiful ensuite bedrooms, we think you’ll agree with us - when you visit. Im certain you’ll feel relaxed and find comfort in our home. You’re very welcome to spend a day or two….or more, if you want.! The space Please feel at home in our house. Utility machines are to be found in the kitchen should you need to clean and dry clothes. Sit and relax in the comfy lounge space, maybe have a coffee - watch a film or sport on the giant tv. Come and go freely as you please….Obviously! We have a no smoking rule inside the house of course, we have a sensitive fire alarm system in each room so please consider this, there’s an accessible outdoor patio area to the rear where smoking is permitted. Guest access You have access to most of the house except of course, other bedrooms. Please use our facilities while you are our guest. Access is available also to the outside patio area at the rear. During your stay I am here to help you. Whatever it is, whether you need advise, getting from A to B directions, local knowledge, a take away, a taxi, a paracetamol, help with the smart tv….a phone charger even!. Anything at all, I’ll do my best. I’m always available to help you while you are my guest. You’ll have my number. 😁 Other things to note I also use Airbnb as a traveller- the same as you - so I know what you’re looking for and need when booking a room. I think I’ve got this nailed, well I’m hoping so ☺️. One thing I never used while travelling was wardrobes or chests of drawers, I tended to live out of my case for a day or two, I found that all I needed was under bed draw space, somewhere to hang a shirt, a hook to hang my coat, some shelves to place my folded clothes at night so I’ve created rooms with practicality in mind. Instead of bulky furniture I’ve built en-suite bathrooms in each of the rooms. I think you’ll agree with me that it’s a much better use of space.!
