The space The Maison Berthelot, a 160 m2 building from the 19th century, is composed of 3 floors without elevator. The house is 100% independent. It has been fully restored by an architect. This pretty bourgeois townhouse can accommodate 12 people in total. It has 5 bedrooms including a master suite with its dressing room and shower room, 3 shower rooms in total, 3 independent toilets (one per floor), a large open reception room with kitchen, living room and dining room, a games room with foosball and arcade terminal, an equipped laundry room, a 100% secure enclosed courtyard with an electric gate that can accommodate 3 parked cars. All bedrooms come equipped with storage and four bedrooms with queen size beds, namely 160 x 200. The large bedroom on the ground floor includes its queen size bed and a sofa bed convertible into 140 x 200. Our rooftop favorite room has a 140x200 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, namely a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. We also provide beautiful, refined dishes. The dining room/reception room/meeting room can accommodate our 12 guests around a large convivial table. The lounge area features a flat-screen TV, very comfortable leather sofas and a neat decor for cocooning evenings. A laundry room equipped with a second refrigerator/freezer, a new washing machine and a new dryer is also present. The games room has a second seating area with a flat screen TV, sofa and foosball and arcade stand for relaxing moments. The accommodation is equipped with an Orange internet box offering fiber and office corners to work. The house can accommodate children of the youngest age and is equipped with a changing plan, an umbrella bed and a high chair. Guest access You will have access to the entire house.
