Small cozy cottage located in the middle of Köpingsvik's summer pulse. The cottage dates back to the early 1900s and is located on the plot of a larger residential house whose basement apartment will also be rented out. Köpingsvik beach, one of Öland's finest sandy beaches, is 250 meters away. Around the corner are restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, and a bus stop. Sheets, towels and some other good things to have are included in the price. The space A small cottage with separate kitchen equipped with stovetop, range hood, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Shower and toilet in separate spaces, the shower has an entrance from the kitchen, it is not large. In the bedroom, there are two single beds and a couple of armchairs. Outdoor furniture and barbecue in front of the house. Guest access The cottage and the garden at the front of the big house. Other things to note The water heater is very small, only enough for a quick shower, it then needs to work for a while before it is possible to get hot water again. The shower itself was once a pantry, which makes it quite small. For reasons of space, some types of glass have been placed in the corner cabinet in the bedroom. Road 136 runs just outside, which means both proximity to service and communications, but also that you can always hear sounds from both people and motor vehicles from the road. In summertime, car traffic is sometimes dense.
