Located in the heart of Mullan, blocks from the start of the Trail Of The Coeur d' Alene rail trail and the Outback and 6 miles from Lookout Pass ski area and the Hiawatha. Surrounded by year round outdoor activity and seeped in north Idaho history. Come settle in to the simple quiet of Mullan ID. The space Main floor includes a large living room with gas stove, kitchen, bathroom with tub, and two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a twin bunk bed set. Upstairs is a new bathroom with shower and three more bedrooms, one a combined room with a queen and two twin beds. The second with a queen bed, and the third contacting two more twin beds. To ensure cleanliness all beds feature European style bedding with simple duvets covering single bottom sheets. All sheets and duvet covers are washed after every use keeping the number of difficult to wash comforters to a minimum and keeping the laundry manageable. The home is dog friendly with dog beds provided and a fully fenced yard. Parking can be a little confusing since there is a no parking sign in front of the house. It's really meant for the narrow portion of the street uphill of the home and is not enforced. If you just have one or two vehicles you can ignore the sign and park in front without trouble. There is also a gravel area along the side street directly across from the house that you can use or anywhere down hill from the house along the street is fine as well. The shop is not part of the property but your welcome to park there, just don't block driveways or garages.
