Green Passion Studio in Palace District

This stylish, authentic, modern, sunny, full-equipped studio was renovated and furnished to a high standard. The studio is on the highest (4th) floor in the building (with elevator), so even though located in the very center of Palace District, it is still very quiet. The internet is high speed, so it is perfect to use as a home office. The apt is located 3 mins walking distance from Blaha Lujza square (metro 2, 4/6 tram - 24/0), buses, bars, restaurants, cafes are also super close :) The space If you come to visit us you book the whole apartment for you (and your partner). As it’s a studio, there’s one spacious, high ceiling - space including a gallery where you sleep on a super comfortable, KING size coco mattress. The apartment is equipped by a high standard, for your complete comfort ( SMART TV, washing machine, dryer, air.conditioner, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, lockbox (safe), smart heating system, water boiler, hair dryer, etc.) and we also provide a filter jug so you can enjoy clear water (btw the tap water also drinkable) So you’ll feel like you’re in a jungle home :) Guest access The whole studio is available for our guests, so noone else will disturb your stay :) Other things to note Clear communication is very important to us, so we created an “apartment wised” PDF which we send by email and contains ALL INFOS including how to get in the apartment, guests’ guide, recommendations in the neighborhood (cafes, parking lots, stores, etc) and user manuals for the items we thought you might need. It’s also good to know before you choose us, that we run airbnb totally legally so we follow all the local rules.
