Description

Our licensed ocean view suite (built in 2022) is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast in West Sechelt. It’s a 5 min drive (20 min walk) into town with the bus stop 2 mins from the front door. Kick back and relax on the spacious patio where you can enjoy our gas fire bowl, Weber BBQ and backyard after a day of exploring. Our private one bedroom suite comes with a queen size bed, queen size pull out couch, smart 50” tv, high speed fibre optic internet and air conditioning. The space This open concept private suite is approximately 650 sq ft with 1 bedroom and 1 full bath with a walk in shower. The spacious bedroom is located at the front of the house. It has black out shades, dresser and a closet. The kitchenette contains a 12 cu ft fridge/freezer, 8 in 1 Ninja air fryer, Keurig coffee machine and pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, utensils. There is a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. In the living room, we have a queen sized pull out couch that has a memory foam mattress. There is also a 50” Smart TV with streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime. You will need to use your User ID and password. Note that there is no cable. Outside is a private patio with a round dining table that seats 4, 2 Adirondack chairs, gas fire bowl and a Weber gas BBQ. You also have access to a shared backyard. Guest access You’ll have access to your own private patio and shared backyard. Other things to note We live upstairs with our 2 French Bulldogs. You can expect to hear the pitter patter of their little feet, our big feet, muffled conversations and the occasional guard dog bark. We are licensed with the District of Sechelt and also registered provincially. Our Business Licence # is BLSTR0231 and our provincial registration # is PM517846332. Note: As the suite is in our primary residence, we ARE NOT affected by the changes in the short term rental legislation effective May 1/24.
