The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. If you like, oak beams, doors and flooring, walk in showers, luxury german kitchens and an outside south facing balcony, then our place is for you. Exuding light and space with an outlook over the historic Storey Gardens, is what makes our apartment a unique and very special place to stay in Lancaster. The space Our apartment is a large open space which exudes light. It has a private balcony which can be accessed directly from the main bedroom, the kitchen and the lounge. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole apartment and balcony area. Other things to note Please note, our apartment is not suitable for under 12's due to safety issues with low windows, low outside balcony wall and no handrail(s) on the outside access stairs. Longer term stays - we do allow stays in excess of 14 nights, however, any stay in excess of 14 nights will require additional fortnighly cleans, (including towel/bedding change), chargeable at £50 per clean.
