A spacious 3 bedrooms stone cottage house has an open plan lounge kitchen area on the ground floor leading to a huge garden with tree house /slide, sand pit & trampoline Our Family friendly house is perfect for a relaxing time to discover Cornwall coastal walks, beaches and the many beautiful botanic gardens. Based in St Austell in the heart of Cornwall and is the perfect set off point for all the sites. The neighbourhood is quiet but very central with all amenities just around the corner. The space Our stone cottage house has an open plan lounge and kitchen area on the ground floor with TV and all kitchen various appliances such as cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer with heat pump power. We also have a WC downstairs. On the first floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a super king size bed if better suited. It has a wardrobe and shelves.
