This is a private suite within a shared home. You’ll have your own entrance through the main front door into a private entryway leading to your space. We live in the rear portion of the home. Our dog is also on-site. You won’t see him, but you may occasionally hear him. 2. The space includes a fully equipped kitchenette but no stovetop. If you plan to cook extensively, this may not be the best fit. 3. There is no built-in kitchen sink; a portable sink can be provided upon request. 4. Laundry is not available on-site, but several excellent laundromats and cleaners are nearby.
