Walk to view Cascades or watch deer & turkeys wander the neighborhood, or a 2 block walk to groceries, restaurant, farm stand, with pastries, eggs, veggies. The space This is a private, self-contained ground floor unit with a separate locked entry There are stairs required to reach the entry. There is a strong Wi-Fi signal and kid friendly games, books, toys. Washer and dryer available. The queen bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable so be sure to set your alarm. One sofa in the living room has a cozy pull-out bed with pillow-top mattress that sleeps two, and there is another sofa and loveseat for hanging out. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen with table for 2 is connected to the private patio with outdoor seating options. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, hot pot, convection oven, electric range, microwave, full size fridge, dishes, pans, pots and a supply of staples. Guest access Guests may come and go as they please. Please note, this is not a party house. If you are coming to town to party with friends, that party should not be held here. This is a charming downstairs apartment in our home. The house is older, and not well insulated and the noise would be disturbing to residents. Please be considerate during your stay here. Upstairs lives a family of three. The 11-year-old is commonly awake before 9 a.m. While not overly loud, no guarantees there won't be something you hear in the early morning. Other things to note Our home is a safe space for people from all minority and marginalized groups. There is a set of stairs to the apartment entrance. This may be difficult for someone with mobility concerns.
