Kingston Hospital, Kingston University, Richmond Park and Bushy Park are all within easy reach. The space It consists of 8 beautifully designed luxury one-bedroom apartments with a select few boasting high ceilings with a skylight and offering private outdoor space. It is removed from the main road, providing a peaceful environment to relax no matter the type of stay. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note Please note for all confirmed bookings, we require the guest to provide their email address so as to complete our pre online check-in form which is powered by our guest experience platform - Duve. Guests are required to provide a copy of a government issued photo ID and this must match the name on the booking. We also charge a refundable security deposit of £250. This is a pre-authorisation hold which is fully refundable upon checkout. This is a compulsory requirement. Please note all data collected are subject to the data protection acts under GDPR.
