Our bed & breakfast includes a small self contained kitchen with a small bar fridge, kitchen utensils, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave + small convection oven with cooktop , outdoor BBQ facilities & outside covered dining + campfire area. No laundry facilities provided. You can purchase other food & necessities from nearby towns Lockhart 33km, Henty 40km, The Rock 46km or Corowa 77km. In cooler months warm yourself by the campfire & unwind in our wood fire heated hot tub, offering breathtaking views over the picturesque farm. Perfect for a relaxing evening under the stars or a soothing soak amidst nature’s beauty, our hot tub provides a unique and cozy retreat (takes approx 2 1/2 hours to warm up). Firewood is provided at no cost however our outdoor fire pit & hot tub are not available for use during the summer total fire ban periods - check with owners prior to using fire pits. In the warmer summer months (November until mid March) upon prior request with owners you are welcome to cool down in our nearby homesteads salt water in ground pool. Please check with owners first as the pool is located at the rear of owners residential home. We are a working farm and have animals & natural bush, please be aware hazards and natural dangers may exist. We kindly as you leave gates as you find them.
