Our Algonquin Lake Home in Wells, NY has the most spectacular views in every Season. Watch the mountains change with each Season. Our home is close to hiking & walking trails. put your kayak in the Lake across the road. We are minutes away from several Ski centers. The lake is accessed across the Road. Swimming area about 1/2 mile up town. We have several decks to enjoy the views. We have a fireplace outside for night time relaxing. Make memories here as we have! The space This home sits on Lake Algonquin, which has a beautiful 3 mile walk around and through the town of Wells. Guest access Our home is mostly accessible. Lock Box Key entry. There are Stairs to get into our home. no ramps. There are 2 step downs inside, 1 going to Master bedroom, and one going into the den. The walk-in closet is divided into a space for guests & a space for our private use. There is a garage on the premises that is for our private use. Special requests to use one spot may be available at an extra charge. Lake is public access. Other things to note Please use & enjoy our home as you would your own. We have great times here using our decks to eat, relax, or just enjoy the views. We do use our home when it doesn't have special guests like You using it. We ask that take care with our things. Our home is close to Ski areas, snowmobiling, Hikes, all year seasonal activities. If you want peace, we have that too. Our home has a propane fireplace inside for quick fireside chats & watching the views out our large windows.
