Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space My place located in the second floor only. You can access in the front desk right away if you have concerns. You can go out in the building urgently in case of emergency. Easy accessibility to the parking area, pool and green park with cover court a very relaxing place for gathering. We have three units in the second floor, if big family will stay together at least there is MORE privacy with three comfort rooms and more space for your luggage compared to a family room only one rest room. Each room have electric fan besides air-conditioning unit. WE HAVE UNLIMITED WIFI. Guest access Garden open space and pool provided by Avida. Residents have to pay 200 pesos per person. Other things to note I love to stay in my condo units because windows have open space and there were trees surrounding the area. on the other side you can see the Avida garden and just three to five meters away is the swimming pole. There 's an exit nearby in case of emergency. it is located in the second floor only.
