In our quiet and family-friendly apartment "Am Tälchen" you can stay with a maximum of 4 people can have a relaxing vacation. It is close to the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the "Kroppacher Schweiz." There are three playgrounds nearby and plenty to discover, such as Hachenburg with its historic old town (4 km), Marienstatt Abbey with its monastery garden and brewery, the Westerwald Seenplatte, and Bad Marienberg with its climbing park and zoo. The space We offer a quiet, spacious and family-friendly holiday apartment close to nature on the entire ground floor of a detached house. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, as there are a few steps indoors and outdoors. We cannot allow pets, as our curious tomcat Moritz already roams around in the meadow. Please note: Bookings for installers are only possible after a prior booking request; no instant booking. Guest access The apartment is on the entire first floor of the house. You go through the front door, then up three steps, and then the entrance door to the apartment is already there straight ahead. Our son lives on the upper floor; the front door and the entrance area are shared. Your accommodation, of course, has its own lockable apartment door. The key safe is on the left in front of the front door in case we can't welcome you in person. In the basement there is storage for bicycles or the like. Some areas in the basement are private and may not be used. Other things to note In the Hehl bakery "Brot-Zeit" (1 km), there are very good baked goods and the option to have breakfast there. There is also a gas station on the outskirts of the village and a beverage store very close by. There is also a bus stop (500 m) and a train stop (Hattert train station) 1 km away. There are many more shopping and discovery opportunities in the "Pearl of the Westerwald," the beautiful town of Hachenburg, which is about 3 km away. In addition to a wide variety of shopping options, there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the well-known landscape museum with the adjoining castle garden park and adventure playground, a minigolf course, a movie theater and a bowling center. The Hachenburg brewery is also worth a visit, or a Sunday city tour is recommended.
